Where can I buy my tickets?
Cada show é vendido por uma empresa diferente. Na aba de programação, você pode selecionar o show desejado e encontrar o link oficial da ticketeira responsável pelas vendas (Ticketmaster, Eventim…) responsável pelas vendas.
Can I buy on the day of the event?
Em caso de o show ser da Ticketmaster: pode sim, se ainda houver ingressos disponíveis! Você escolhe: online ou direto na bilheteria física (abre 1h antes da casa). Só dá uma olhadinha na página do evento pra confirmar os horários certinhos. Queremos que você aproveite sem correria!
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit and credit cards, pix and cash. Some purchases can be paid in installments, depending on the event. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Can someone else buy the ticket for me?
In this case, no. Tickets are personal and linked to the name and CPF of the person purchasing the ticket. Document verification can be requested at the entrance. so it is important that the purchase is made in the name of someone who is going to the event.
How do I receive my tickets?
Each ticket office has its own way of making tickets available. In the case of Ticketmaster, assim que sua compra for aprovada, o ingresso será enviado digitalmente para sua conta no site. Tudo prático e seguro, para você só se preocupar com a vibe do show.
What if I lose my ticket?
Fica tranquilo(a)! No caso da Ticketmaster, basta acessar sua conta no site, clicar em “Meus Pedidos” e ele estará disponível. Se precisar de ajuda, o suporte da Ticketmaster está disponível pelo site oficial. Confira as regras das outras ticketeiras nos sites oficiais.
I want to cancel or exchange my ticket. Is it possible?
No caso da Ticketmaster, sim! Você pode cancelar sua compra em até 7 dias corridos, desde que não faltem pelo menos 48h para o evento. Já a troca de setor ou ingresso infelizmente não é possível. Confira a política de cancelamento de outras ticketeiras nos sites oficiais.
What documents are accepted as proof of half-price entry in the "student" category?
To the Federal Laws No. 12,852/2013 (Youth Statute) and No. 12,933/2013, regulated by the Decree No. 8,537/2015, guarantee students regularly enrolled in public or private institutions the right to half-price tickets to artistic, cultural, sporting, and leisure events. The CIE (Student Identification Card) must:
- follow the national standard defined by ITI (National Institute of Information Technology);
- be issued exclusively by ANPG, UNE, UBES or affiliated student entities;
- contain ITI digital certification and validity defined by the issuing entities (generally until March 31 of the year following issuance).
Documents not accepted as proof of student enrollment:
- Bank slips;
- School statements;
- Enrollment certificates;
- School ticket;
- Cards issued by non-accredited institutions;
- Expired student cards;
- Any document that does not follow the national standard.
Please note that the half-price ticket benefit cannot be combined with promotions or agreements, nor does it apply to additional services such as boxes, special areas or special seats.
What documents are accepted to prove half-price tickets in the "seniors 60+" category?
According to the Federal Law No. 10,741/2003 (Elderly Statute), people aged 60 or over are entitled to half-price tickets (50% discount) for artistic, cultural, sporting and leisure events.
The benefit cannot be combined with promotions or agreements, nor does it apply to additional services such as boxes, special areas or differentiated seats.
Proof must be provided with an official photo ID (RG, CNH, passport or equivalent), both upon purchase and upon access to the event.
What documents are accepted to prove half-price entry in the "low-income youth" category?
According to Federal Law No. 12,852/2013 (Youth Statute) and the Decree No. 8,537/2015, young people aged 15 to 29, registered with CadÚnico and with a family income of up to two minimum wages, are entitled to half-price tickets.
Proof must be provided with the Youth Identity Card (ID Jovem) issued by the National Youth Secretariat, accompanied by an official document with a photo (RG, CNH, passport or equivalent).
Supporting documentation is required for both purchase and event access. This benefit cannot be combined with other promotions or partnerships, nor does it apply to additional services (boxes, special areas, or special seating).
What documents are accepted as proof of half-price entry in the "Teachers and Education Staff" category?
To the State Laws No. 14,729/2012 and No. 15,298/2014 (São Paulo) guarantee half-price tickets to teachers and employees of the state and municipal public school system. Accepted documents:
- Official document with photo (RG, CNH, Passport or equivalent); along with:
- Functional card issued by the Department of Education; or
- Recent pay slip/pay stub proving active employment.
Proof of purchase is required for both purchase and event access. This benefit cannot be combined with promotions or partnerships, nor does it apply to additional services such as VIP boxes, special areas, or special seating.
What documents are accepted to prove half-price entry in the "Person with Disabilities (PCD)" category?
According to the Federal Law No. 12,933/2013 and the Decree No. 8,537/2015, people with disabilities are entitled to half-price tickets. If there is proven need, the sale of one half-price ticket to a companion is also permitted. Accepted documents:
- Official document with photo; accompanied by one of the following:
- Continuous Benefit Card (BPC);
- Document issued by INSS that proves the condition;
- Medical report with ICD number.
Other documents that do not meet these criteria are not accepted. Supporting documentation is required for both purchase and event access. This benefit cannot be combined with promotions or partnerships, nor does it apply to additional services such as VIP boxes, special areas, or special seating.
Who is eligible for the Suhai Seguradora pre-sale?
The Suhai presale is exclusive to Suhai Seguradora clients and employees. Clients and employees have early access to ticket purchases, 24 hours before the general public goes on sale. Presale tickets are limited and subject to availability at the time of purchase. It is also only valid for specific shows (previously announced on Suhai Music Hall's social media and website, in addition to official communication from Suhai Seguradora).

How many tickets can I purchase in the pre-sale?
Cada pedido pode conter no máximo 2 ingressos com desconto aplicados pelo cupom informado pela Suhai Seguradora. O desconto é válido para uso único por CPF/conta. Uma vez utilizado, não poderá ser reutilizado. O desconto não pode ser combinado com outros cupons promocionais. Ingressos com meia-entrada não são elegíveis para o desconto.
The pre-order period has ended. Can I still purchase at a discount?
Yes! Suhai Seguradora customers and employees get 15% OFF tickets during the entire sales period*! However, the discount is only valid on the full ticket price (not combinable with half-price tickets or other promotions), and each CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID) can guarantee up to 2 tickets. When purchasing, use the coupon sent through Suhai Seguradora's official channels. The convenience fee is not included in the discount.
*Discount is limited to 30% of available tickets per category and is subject to availability at time of purchase.
I want to buy 4 tickets. Can I use the coupon for 2 and pay for the other 2 without a discount in the same order?
Yes. The system will automatically apply the discount to the first two eligible tickets. The remaining tickets will be charged at full price in the same order.
Quero comprar mais de 2 ingressos com desconto. Posso fazer dois pedidos separados usando o mesmo desconto?
Não. O desconto é válido para uso único por CPF/conta. Mesmo em pedidos separados, o desconto funcionará apenas no primeiro uso.
O desconto funciona em qualquer setor do evento?
Sim, desde que o setor esteja disponível para venda e não tenha regras específicas que restrinjam descontos.
Outra pessoa pode usar o meu desconto?
Não. Os descontos são pessoais, vinculados ao CPF/CNPJ da conta do usuário.
What are the gate opening times?
We usually open 2h before the show, so you can arrive calmly, enjoy everything from the beginning and make the most of our spaces. But stay tuned to Suhai Music Hall's social media — we always let you know there.
Can I enter the show late?
Yes, you can, as long as the event is going on! But, between us, the sooner you arrive, the better. The vibe starts right at the opening — and we want to see you enjoying every second of it!
Can minors enter?
Each show has an age rating. Please check the show's page for this information.
The minimum age for entry into the venue is 5 (five) years old for shows with restricted ratings (14, 16, or 18). In these cases, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age, presenting a printed and signed authorization* from the parents. For children's events, which are designed for the whole family, there is no minimum age requirement, so everyone can enjoy the event together with peace of mind and safety.
*Only the authorization model available on our website will be accepted. (read the next question). It must be printed, completed and delivered on the day of the show, by the person over 18 years of age who will be responsible for accompanying the minor throughout the event.

Is there a unified document for a legal guardian to authorize the entry of an accompanied minor into an event?
Yes, there is an authorization template available here on our website. (download here).
It must be printed, filled out and delivered on the day of the show by the person over 18 years of age who will be responsible for accompanying the minor throughout the event.
Are strollers, baby carriers or similar items allowed?
No, to ensure the smooth circulation of all visitors, strollers, baby carriers or similar items are not permitted.
Can I change seats or sections during the event?
Unfortunately, no. The ticket is only valid for the chosen sector. This ensures organization and comfort for everyone.
Are there any items that the house does not allow to bring in?
Para garantir a segurança e o conforto de todos, não será permitida a entrada no evento com:
- Câmeras profissionais ou semiprofissionais (com lentes intercambiáveis ou zoom externo), filmadoras, gravadores de áudio, GoPro ou similares e tablets;
- Canetas laser, tripés e paus de selfie;

- Cartazes, banners, bandeiras ou faixas com hastes;
- Jornais, revistas e papel em rolo;
- Bolsas, mochilas ou malas com dimensões superiores a 30x15x20 cm;

Does the box have reserved seating?
No, accommodation is on a first come, first served basis within the reserved space.
Where is Suhai Music Hall?
Suhai Music Hall is located in Shopping SP Market, Av. das Nações Unidas, 22.540 — the heart of the South Zone of SP! Easy to get to and enjoy all the facilities the mall has to offer.
Is there a subway or train nearby?
Yes, there is! Jurubatuba station (Line 9 – Esmeralda) is only 150 steps from our door. Just arrive and get into the mood!
Is there parking on site?
Yes, we do! More than 3 thousand vacancies in the shopping mall itself, with direct access to the house. Safety, comfort and practicality so you can arrive safely.
Is there food inside Suhai Music Hall?
We have more than 10 bars and points with drinks and snacks for all tastes. And, of course, the mall also offers great fast food and restaurant options. There is no shortage of flavor to accompany your night.
Are the bars open throughout the show?
Yes! We even increased the number of services before the event starts, so that no one has to wait too long. We want you to enjoy yourself — without missing a single refrain.
Is alcohol consumption allowed?
Yes, for those over 18 years of age. Our team may ask for an ID, all to ensure a safe and easy night.
Is the house accessible for people with disabilities?
Absolutely! We have ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms, and designated areas. The experience here is designed to welcome everyone, with respect and structure.
Can babies enter?
Yes, if the event allows it, and with a legal guardian. We know how living these moments with little ones can be unforgettable.
Is it allowed to bring a guide dog?
Of course! We are an open house for everyone, including our four-legged companions who are true guides of love and autonomy.
Are all seats covered?
Yes! Suhai Music Hall is fully indoors and air-conditioned. You’ll feel comfortable from start to finish—rain or shine.
Is there a place to store a backpack or suitcase?
We have a cloakroom service with a paid service. However, very large items, such as suitcases, cannot be brought into the house, okay? We want everything to flow smoothly for you and whoever is with you!
Is it allowed to take photos or film the show?
Yes, with a cell phone and for personal use. Recording incredible moments is part of the process! We only ask that professional cameras (or those with detachable lenses) be used with prior accreditation.
Is smoking allowed?
Only in the designated smoking areas. You can't smoke inside Suhai Music Hall, okay? We take care of all the areas with care.
Is there a medical center?
Yes, we do! Our structure is prepared for any emergency. You have fun, we take care of it.
Are there ATMs on site?
No. But with a card or contactless payment, you can get everything sorted quickly. However, if you need to, you can find ATMs inside the mall.
If I need help, what do I do?
Our team is always on hand to help you. We also have a fixed service point at the main entrance, should you need anything more specific.
